Dr Simon Phipps received his medical degree from the University of Adelaide. He undertook his basic ophthalmology training in South Australia and the Northern Territory. His advanced training in ophthalmology occurred at prestigious eye centres in the UK (Moorfields Eye Hospital) and Canada (Gimbel Eye Centre). Dr Phipps is a visiting medical specialist at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and a Clinical Lecturer for the University of Adelaide. He established his eye clinic in January 2009.
